Good! Please, include the ability of closing and reopening the file
when receiving a signal, so that we can rotate logs without restarting
dnsmasq.

I can't wait to disentangle dnsmasq msgs. from mountd/whatever in
daemon.log :-) Sure I can use syslog-ng but I didn't manage to
accumulate enough energy to do this...
