[Dnsmasq-discuss] dnsmasq difficulty

Thanks, for the clue.  It seems there is a named daemon running after
all.  I assumed there wasn't because as far as I could tell, it wasn't
being started by the init.d process.  Anyway, I found it and now
dnsmasq starts as it should.
