[Dnsmasq-discuss] multiple host names?

 From the dnsmasq manpage:

       -H, --addn-hosts=<file>
              Additional  hosts  file.  Read the specified file as well 
as /etc/hosts. If -h is given, read only the specified file. This option 
may be repeated for
              more than one additional hosts file.

So, simply define a addn-hosts=<file> to add a hosts-styled config file 
and define the host in there. This is assuming you didn't want to put 
that host definition in the /etc/hosts
