Hi Simon,

can you put the hostname of an host into an environment-variable?

I disabled hostnames by dnsmasq (dhcp-ignore-names) to resolve
reverse-dns through my upstream dns-server.

I use dhcp-script to store everything into a mysql-table. For
administrative reasons, i need the hostname while a client is requesting
for an ip-address.

You can do this if dhcp-ignore-names is in action, or allways.

Cheers,
Michael.
