[Dnsmasq-discuss] How to disable bootp and all pxe boot in Dnsamsq?

Based on my experience, there has been no way to explicitly ignore
BOOTP requests in favor of DHCP (at least as of version 2.51). What we
had to do was add a requirement against the ClientId, which is not
included in the BOOTP request. This had the effect of causing DNSMasq
to ignore the BOOTP requests in question.
We did this to overcome limitations with a specific client; your
mileage may vary.
