[Dnsmasq-discuss] DNSmasq returns duplicate A records for some entries.

There's something wrong somewhere, the /etc/hosts entry should inhibit
the creation of a second A record from the DHCP lease, and duplicate
/etc/hosts entries should be squashed. Can you give me an easy way to
duplicate this effect?
