[Dnsmasq-discuss] Compilation failure for v2.60 test version

I never 'enabled' anything explicitly ... my automated script downloads and tries to compile/install using just 'make'.

The build works OK when run with 'make COPTS=-DNO_DHCP6' instead of just 'make'.
