I think not.

You need minimum:
Unspecified   - ::/128
loopback      - ::1/128
multicast     - ff::/8
linklocal     - fe8::/10

maybe:
sitelocal          - fec::/10
uniquelocal        - fc::/7
documentation      - 2001:db8::/32
benchmark          - 2001:2::/48
compat(deprecated) - ::/96
