[Dnsmasq-discuss] [Patch] dnsmasq with IPSET feature enabled doesn't compile on linux kernel < 2.6.24

Hi Simon,

it compiles without a single warning. As I don't need/use this feature I
cannot, unfortunately, say if it also works at run-time. Sorry for that...
