I had actually already tried that, both IP addresses and domain names -
same effect. Should I also put them in the peers list (according to the
docs, auth-sec-servers is a superset of auth-peers)?

I've tried it with and without - same effect. BTW - is there a way of
getting the secondaries loaded with the in-addr.arpa (and ipv6.arpa)?
