The output in my first email shows:
dnsmasq: started, version 2.52 cachesize 150
    dnsmasq: compile time options: no-IPv6 GNU-getopt no-MMU no-DBus no-I18N DHCP no-TFTP

Easier said than done. I think they're just using what's included in the Ralink SDK; asking them to upgrade will probably confuse them. I'll get them to add "dhcp-broadcast=#bootp" to get me going for now, then suggest they upgrade later.

Thanks for your support, it's a great help.
