[Dnsmasq-discuss] Map DHCP Client-ID to DNS Requests

I'm testing DNSMASQ for both DHCP and servicing DNS requests as a way to
provide correlation and reporting.

I've enabled DNSMASQ to log (using Debug) all DNS requests that are made
and while this provides me comprehensive logging it places the IP address
of the client in the request. is there a way (if it exists) to place the
DHCP client identifier of the request in the debug packet if this is known?
