[Dnsmasq-discuss] Map DHCP Client-ID to DNS Requests

I've had issues with SOME clients not properly sending (or not sending 
at all) their host name. In these cases, I use the MAC address to make 
sure they always get the same IP, then I had the host name to /etc/hosts 
... which dnsmasq looks at when doing queries.
