[Dnsmasq-discuss] dnsmasq not responding to DNS queries for local addresses when WAN down

Thanks Vladislav. That solved my problem!

But I'm a little confused as to why... Isn't dnsmasq (running on the
router) responsible for processing all DNS queries on the local
network? Or is this a "modified" version of dnsmasq?
