Hello john doe,

Send the data:
  -- Router mikrotik RB1100 AH
  -- Ubuntu 16.04
  -- Using vconfig with 3 VLANs

Yes, the router have capabilitie to dhcp, you recommend to use that 
instead of dnsmasq for dhcp ?.
