So patch was already tested that is working and it is useful.

Fixing the issue when the problem arises is a real pain in the arse involving qnap shutdown, dnsmasq shutdown, edit leasefile & remove the rogue leases, restart dnsmasq, restart qnap.

I understand it, assigning IPv6 address based on MAC address is in
dnsmasq currently unusable and removing lease file with dnsmasq restart
is the only workaround which I know.

I think that patch in current form is enough.
