[Dnsmasq-discuss] DHCP mangling IP address, host name

Probably hostname and ipaddr needs to be exchanged.
See 'man dnsmasq' : 
  --dhcp-host=[<hwaddr>][,id:<client_id>|*][,set:<tag>][,<ipaddr>][,<hostname>][,<lease_time>][,ignore]
