<html><body><div><div>Hello, I've been trying to use dnsmasq for my firewall by using ipsets. I've been trying to make it work with different options, however my ipset options from either in /etc/dnmasq.d or straight up uncommented examples from /etc/dnsmasq.conf don't work. I even tried running it with <span style="font-variant-ligatures: no-common-ligatures">dnsmasq --no-daemon --log-queries --log-debug --conf-file=/etc/dnsmasq.conf --ipset=/142.250.74.67/test_set with no success. <br><br>ipset -L shows no test_set being created, and even if I create it manually, it isn't filed with any ips. I tried running dnsmasq on Ubuntu 22.04 and Debian 12 with the same results. <br></span><br></div><div>dnsmasq -v<br></div><div>Dnsmasq version 2.90 Copyright (c) 2000-2024 Simon Kelley<br></div><div>Compile time options: IPv6 GNU-getopt DBus no-UBus i18n IDN2 DHCP DHCPv6 no-Lua TFTP conntrack ipset nftset auth cryptohash DNSSEC loop-detect inotify dumpfile<br></div></div><div><br></div></body></html>
