[Dnsmasq-discuss] Can't seem to get dhcp added names to resolve

I've gone round and round on this one.

Names in /etc/hosts look up forwards and backwards just
fine.
Static dhcp entries get assigned fine.
Dynamic dhcp entries get assigned fine.

But you cannot resolve anything from dhcp. I've changed
local=
in every way I think possible, but suggestions for values
gratefully accepted. If I look in the lease file I can see
only the dynamic leases assigned, but no name associated
with them, even though client-id was sent.

Suggestions ?
