[Dnsmasq-discuss] Patch submission

Hello,

I made a little patch that makes dnsmasq run an external program every time 
an event occurs on a DHCP lease: load from file, allocation, modification 
of hostname/fqdn, renewal, pruning. I needed it mainly because of my buggy 
access point which forces me to ping wireless clients as soon as dnsmasq 
assigns them an address, but I thought it might be helpful for something 
else, e.g. I also use it to dynamically adjust some iptables rules which 
depend on some specific clients. If you're interested let me know how you 
wish to receive the patch file. It is around 13k big (uncompressed).
