[Dnsmasq-discuss] dhcp-host option

There's at least three bugs filed against Ubuntu on this issue. I'm
sure they'll fix it eventually. They keep referring the problem
upstream back to Debian. If I remember correctly, Ubuntu tries to bring
up ethernet before it has a hostname.
