[Dnsmasq-discuss] binding to 0.0.0.0:67 even with no-dhcp-interface?

I'm using except-interface= to exclude some interfaces from dns,
together with bind-interfaces, and it works. However I tried
no-dhcp-interface to the same ones and dnsmasq still shows up at
0.0.0.0:67. Shouldn't it bind to the same interfaces as the dns
service? As it is no-dhcp-interface is not taking effect.
