Arrggh, yes. that's in released code: 2.36. I got to the same place last
night chasing a bug-report that --bogus-nxdomain didn't work. I'm amazed
that more users haven't noticed. Oh well, looks like 2.37 should be a
"sooner, rather than later" release.

Having fixed that, I'm seeing good (or rather, not bad) results so far.
I'll build a big hosts file tonight and stress-test that.
