[Dnsmasq-discuss] Hard binded ip's are not assigned in windows

Hello,
i have trouble with my windows pcs and the dhcp in dnsmasq.
When ever one machine acquired a ip from the dhcp pool it never get 
assigned a ip bound to its name or mac address.
I explicitly released the address and re acquired it but still no go-

You can see a example in the following log.
Did i miss something ?
