Yes, it did. My actual order of testing was 2.37 rpm from extras, 2.38
from source (tarball from dnsmasq site), 2.38 from extras.

I'm in the midst of converting all the syslog calls to use fprintf, to
see if removing the syslog calls affects the problem I'm seeing. Just a
hunch... :)
