filterwin2k blocks the stuff which windows can produce which is not
relevant on public DNS servers, that includes SRV queries. It's a bit of
a hack.

The best fix is not to have filterwin2k in the default configuration.
The distributed example configuration and the Debian package changed
this some time ago, but some of the other distros may not have done the
same thing.
