DNSmasq-2.41test4 is working great for me.

I've moved to OpenBSD 4.2 (on x86) from 4.1 and decided to try out
dnsmasq-test13.  On that setup I get the following error:

	dnsmasq: failed to bind listening
	socket for 192.168.222.33: Protocol not supported

but the same configuration file gives no error with test4.

dnsmasq.conf is short and has no such address as 192.168.222.33, though
that is within the range doled out:
