[Dnsmasq-discuss] alternate dhcp port 1067

It would be useful to have possibility
of changing dhcp (bootp) ports from 67/68 to
(for example) 1067/1068.
Option could be named --dhcp-port=....,
or --alternate-dhcp-port (for 1067/1068).

It is necessary when we have another dhcp
server(s) in out network, but not providing
all information needed to boot a workstation.

Etherboot bootroms propose those alternate ports.

I can prepare a patch if You would like me to do so
(for my use I only changed it in config.h).
