Running Leaf Bering 3.0.x with Dnsmasq version 2.38 (C)2000-2007 Simon Kelley
Compile time options IPv6 GNU-getopt no-ISC-leasefile no-DBus no-I18N no-TFTP

Hi, I am having trouble translating the following:

# /etc/dhcpd.conf
# Set option 66 as a string variable & defined later
option boot-server code 66 = string;

ddns-update-style ad-hoc;
subnet netmask {
option routers;
option subnet-mask;
option domain-name "asterisk.local";
option domain-name-servers;
option time-offset -28800; # Pacific Standard Time, -28000 PST, 3600/hr
option ntp-servers clock.redhat.com;

#Polycom phones configuration starts here
group {
option boot-server "ftp://polycom:12345@";

host x150 {
hardware ethernet 00:30:18:AD:9D:E2; #MAC address of phone
fixed-address; #IP you want assigned to the phone
} # end of group
} # end of subnet block

So far, I have:

bogus-priv #Someone mentioned this is needed, not sure?
dhcp-option=66,"" # Doesn't work!?

Q1. How do I translate the two lines:
1. option boot-server "ftp://polycom:12345@";?
2. option time-offset -28800;?
