[Dnsmasq-discuss] New to list and Question

Hi people,
I founded this project and I've been for some time looking for it.
The only thing that I miss that I cannot find nowhere is this situation:

I want to replace the response of the DNS server, when a request is made and
the result results in the IP "X.X.X.X", replace the response with IP
"Y.Y.Y.Y".
Is this something that can be made?
