[Dnsmasq-discuss] DNSMasq assigning hostnames

Is it possible for DNSMasq to render hostnames based upon the
ipaddress or macaddress of the machine getting the lease?

If not, I could create a file that had a static list of
10.0.0.1 dnsmasq-1-0-0-10.local
for instance - how would I get DNSMasq to read that and use that for
hostnames (while using it's already existing behavior when it came to
actually assigning the ip addresses?)
