I am afraid we still need that part of code in ipcop-1.4 version as I
haven't made changes except upgrade to dnsmasq-2.35 there.
New ipcop-2.0 codebase has been migrated to dnsmasq as the dhcp server.
Does it not make sense to open a new dnsmasq branch if you are in a
direction to remove a feature from 2.0? That way, backport of critical fixes
only in 2.0 branch could be easier.
