Maybe, but multihomed hosts can be done using /etc/hosts as long as your
are OK with the configuration on the server and not the client - for
such configurations that's probably best anyway.

1.1.1.1 mymachine
2.2.2.2 mymachine
dnsmasq.conf
dhcp-host=<mac1>,1.1.1.1
dhcp-host-<mac2>,2.2.2.2
