Just to clear the record, this trick, multiple domains split with 
spaces in the "domain name" option, is not completely legit, and won't 
work everywhere. (it won't work for Windows, for instance.)

The "correct" way to do this is with option 119, as specified in RFC 
3397. The downside is that many DHCP clients don't support option 119, 
though that is changing. dnsmasq does support option 119.
