I've just run "dnsmasq --help", and the (huge) output also shows the
option "-l" with the explanation
"Specify where to store DHCP leases (defaults to /var/state/dnsmasq/
dnsmasq.leases)".
Shows your Fedora output another path? Then the path is defined per
distribution related compile option.
