Latest test release works without menus.

I've just sent a patch to etherboot-developers which allows gPXE to work 
(with menus and everything) in non-proxy mode. Proxy mode will be a 
little more complex and needs some negotiation on where to put the fix, 
dnsmasq or gPXE or both. No doubt that we'll get there.
