If i'm not mistaken... and according to the doc... this:

dhcp-host=00:1f:3c:45:ca:c5,00:1e:ec:08:e7:b4,quaoar,192.168.1.140,infinite

should do what you want, so, 2 macs (no idea if you could place more)... 1 ip...
