[Dnsmasq-discuss] No dnsmasq after starting openVPN?!

Hello,

I am using debian/sid (sidux) and did a dist-upgrade today that updated
dnsmasq to 2.53-1. Now I have the following problem:

After booting the PC and starting pppoe via a DSL-modem manually, the
internet connection is set up correctly and DNS resolving does work
using dnsmasq.

When starting openVPN (into let me call it "myofficedomain") breaks the
DNS resolving. Neither internet nor vpn hostnames can be resolved:

$ host  www.kde.org
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

(also there is no logging of this query in the dnsmasq log (daemon.log))
But the connection into the internet is still working (I can ping a
previously resolved IP-addresses).

After restarting dnsmasq while openvpn is still running everything is
working again.

I already described the settings here:
http://sidux.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=21048
[I hope it is ok, if I do not repeat them in this mail? Otherwise I can
do it in a next reply.]

Does anybody have an idea what I could check or try?

Thanks,
Arno
