[Dnsmasq-discuss] forwarded AAAA queries for /etc/hosts members

Hi,

If a host is present in /etc/hosts with IPv4 address only, and it's
looked up, dnsmasq services the A record locally, but forwards the query
for the AAAA record upstream.  I wonder if this is intentional.  The
behaviour of the libc resolver differs in this this respect: it gives
negative answer for the AAAA queries in this case, just like dnsmasq
does with an appropriate --local option.
