You should only need to have one dnsmasq running on the same subnet. You
need to define your virtual hosts in the dnsmasq host file or you will never
be able to resolve them. I use dnsmasq running on a TS-509 and have virtual
hosts running and it works fine because I have my virtual hosts defined in
dnsmasq.
