[Dnsmasq-discuss] Is the file in /lib/resolvconf/list-records still used with Ubuntu 11.04

I think "resolvconf" is a Debian-specific package. It is not a
part of dnsmasq, and thus this list is not the best place from 
which to seek support for it.

I would suggest Google and Ubuntu help forums.
