[Dnsmasq-discuss] dnsmasq 2.59 and macosx lion

Hi,

in order to compile dnsmasq 2.59 on macosx lion one needs the Define 
__APPLE_USE_RFC_2292 in order to get the IPV6_PKTINFO definition.
