[Dnsmasq-discuss] New dnsmasq router

I always set chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf on my resolv.conf file on a 
router, to make it "immutable".  this requires root privilege to remove 
the +i (chattr -i /etc/resolv.conf) to ever make changes.  Then updates 
can't change the file either.
