So it's obvious why the first doesn't have a name, it doesn't provide
one to dnsmasq. However I'm now stuck with the question of *why* it
doesn't provide a name - any ideas?
... I think I may have found the problem, the system that *doesn't*
provide a name is running wicd rather than network-manager. Maybe wicd
doesn't provide a name to DHCP. I'll investigate.
