[Dnsmasq-discuss] How could dnsmasq support more than 3 dns servers and do more actions?

Hi all,

I have an issue to support dnsmasq do some actions as following:
There are 6 servers in resolv.conf. pair-to-pair,
first dns forward query to the 1st dns server, if timeout(0.5s), it forward
query to 1st & 2nd server, if timeout(3s), forward again, if still
timeout(10s), forward to 3rd server, and act the same as previous, and so
does the 5th and 6th server.

I should modify the source code, but I can't find where to get start, could
anyone tell me which function I should modify? Thanks!
