[Dnsmasq-discuss] DhcpLeaseUpdated DBus Notification With Static DHCP

hi,

At startup dnsmask emit 2 DhcpLeaseUpdated on DBus and nothing after.

I expected the following sequences (with an acces point connected on eth1
interface)
-dhcp start => 1 DhcpLeaseAdded
-dhcp in run => 1 DhcpLeaseUpdated for each lease
(/var/lib/misc/dnsmasq.leases changes)
-system deconnexion => 1 DhcpLeaseDeleted

Can someone explains how does it work, and if the workflow that i expected
is possible.
