[Dnsmasq-discuss] Is there any way to give clients a secondary DNS for when the dnsmasq server isn't running?

Yes, I was just thinking I could run a second dnsmasq on my local
network (there's a backup NAS which runs all the time for example) to do
as you suggest.  Thank you.
