do it like this:

dhcp-mac=set:tobeignored,1c:c1:de:20:3b:0a
dhcp-mac=set:tobeignored,1c:c1:de:20:3b:0b
dhcp-mac=set:tobeignored:1c:c1:de:20:3b:0c

You can also use wildcards in the mac address, if that helps.
