I mean it would be handy to re-use interface=<ifname> option values (if any)
for dhcp-range construction.
Current syntax (br0 interface appears twice)
	interface=br0
	dhcp-range=::1,constructor:br0,...
Suggested syntax:
	interface=br0
	dhcp-range=::1,constructor,...
Reason - configuration simplification
