The model I had in my head is that both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for
a host would be given on one line:

id:00:03:00:01:06:a4:ea:00:00:2c,   \
                [fc00:3:1610::ff14:2],10.223.161.42,test-2,infinite

Bit there is now sensible reason which what you have shouldn't be
allowed, I'll look at fixing the duplicate address test.
